Zhang Zhongyu: Senior Coach. A Class-I Dressage Rider and Class-II Dressage Competitor of the Chinese Equestrian Association, and holds a French Galops Level 4. He has been named "The Most Popular Coach" on many occasions. 

Yang Xiao: Senior Coach. A Class-I Dressage Rider and One-star Coach of the Chinese Equestrian Association, and a most valuable coach of the Shanghai Equestrian Association. Yang has won numerous championships, runners - up and other top-eight places in the Shanghai Youth Championships, and ranked fffth in the National Youth Dressage Championships.

Zhang Jianjun: Senior Coach. An outstanding and most valuable coach of the Shanghai Equestrian Association. His teams won the championships at the Shanghai Youth Championships and the 2nd National Youth Games.
