Professor of Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, and former Dean of the Psychology Department at Harvard University. A globally renowned social psychologist, he has published numerous influential academic papers and authored books such as Essentials of Behavioral Research: Methods and Data Analysis. He is best known for proposing the "Pygmalion Effect," which has garnered worldwide acclaim. He is the recipient of the American Psychological Foundation's Lifetime Achievement Award in Psychological Science, contributing signiffcantly to the development of psychology and related ffelds. He holds a prestigious reputation in the international academic community.

Recognized as a nationally signiffcant expert and senior engineer, he is also Deputy Director of the TJAE Advanced Management Talent Training Center at Tongji University and Vice President of Shanghai Contemporary Talent Advanced Studies College. He has participated in training and consulting for nearly 100 state-owned enterprises, including Baosteel and Volkswagen, as well as dozens of joint ventures, such as Suntory and Philips.

PhD in Science from the University of North Texas, Professor, and former Researcher at the Institute of Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. A recipient of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize), he has served as the Academic Director of International Curricula at Tianjin Yinghua International School since 2010, teaching A-Level and AP Mathematics and Physics courses.

An expert in education, formerly a Teaching and Research Officer at the Pudong New District Education Development Institute. He has served as a subject leader in the district and as a member of the expert group for professional title evaluations.
