Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the school's enrollment work, coordinating and leading the enrollment team to achieve enrollment goals.
2. Understand national and local policies and regulations on education enrollment to ensure that enrollment work is legal and compliant.
3. Familiar with online and offline enrollment channels, able to innovate enrollment models, explore new enrollment resources and markets.
4. Plan and organize various enrollment promotion activities, including online and offline enrollment consultation meetings, campus open days, enrollment presentations, etc.
5. Having good brand awareness and promotion ability, able to plan and execute brand promotion activities, enhance the school's visibility and reputation.
6. Collect various enrollment data and all enrollment materials, and archive and manage them.
7. Arrange for the registration and reception of incoming and outgoing calls from parents and students, and handle the collection and registration of relevant information.
8. Provide tracking services, solicit opinions and suggestions from parents and students on school work, and provide timely feedback to school leaders.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in education market operation or enrollment;
2. Skilled in communication, with strong affinity, possessing strong team organization and leadership skills;
3. Outgoing, enthusiastic, dedicated, strong sense of responsibility, with strong business expansion ability and able to withstand significant work pressure;
4. Familiar with national and local education policies and regulations, understand the dynamics and development trends of the education market;
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
6. Having innovative spirit and service awareness, able to adapt to rapidly changing work environments.
