Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for teaching one or more subjects in high school, developing and implementing teaching plans based on the syllabus and teaching plan to ensure teaching quality.
2. Develop personalized teaching plans based on students' actual situations to improve teaching effectiveness.
3. Guide students to do homework and review outside of class, promptly identify and solve problems encountered by students during the learning process, and provide assistance and support to students.
4. Pay attention to the comprehensive development of students, their physical and mental health, actively communicate and cooperate with parents, and provide better educational services for students.
5. Actively participate in on campus and off campus research and training activities to improve teaching level and educational quality.
6. Participate in school cultural construction, organize various literary, sports, and technological activities, and promote comprehensive quality education in the school.
6. Obey the school's work arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by the school.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, graduated from a relevant discipline or major; Work experience in relevant industries is preferred.
2. Having a teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject, such as a junior high school teacher qualification certificate or a senior high school teacher qualification certificate.
3. Have a solid foundation in relevant disciplines and professional knowledge, and be able to proficiently master and apply teaching methods in related disciplines.
4. Passionate about the education industry, possessing good teacher professional ethics and service awareness.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and management skills, team spirit, and innovation ability.
